I was looking for something to do with grapefruit – baked grapefruit. It's a simple method: cut the grapefruit in half, a sprinkle of brown sugar, cinnamon or maple syrup, then bake until the sugar caramelizes. The simplicity astounded me and the taste was incredible. Baking the grapefruit helps minimize the bitterness and bringing up the sweet and fruity fragrance. I can’t see a reason to eat a raw grapefruit anymore.

Absolutely a good recipe for cheese cake. I love it and the best thing is make with fresh lychee and no artificial flavor or essence at all. The fresh sweetness of the lychee melted in my mouth:) It's my favorite!

This is a healthy version of Baked Tapioca Cake or Kuih Bingka Ubi. I choose fresh ingredients, less sugar and coconut milk. Idea to go with maple syrup when serving hot. This is one of the traditional Nonya Kuih so easy to make yet so good to taste.

Pan-fried the egg plant with garlic, onion, cheese, olive and stuffing the semi-cooked ingredients back to it skin and baked with olive oil & cheese for 20 mins in the oven, finally topped with freshly cropped tomatoes, fresh mint and cheese. Ideally for bruschetta with toasted italian bread - a slice of goodness!

Why Dragonmisu? Always think pink dragon fruit is a marvelous ingredient simply because the colour is so rich and it's my favourite fruit. Red dragon fruit, red wine and Kahlua are the basic ingredients of this gorgeous and colourful tiramisu. It's a little heaven for this pinky misu and so yummy delicious.

This recipe inspired by the Eton Mess (strawberry, meringue and cream dessert traditionally English). Making Grape Mess meringue is very simple and fun to do! It's great for nervous meringue makers – because the meringues are broken up, it simply doesn't matter if they weep, crack or collapse. Nicely chilled before serve.

Lovely fragrance of butter + almonds ,very tasty and crispy dunking cookies. Get the right french butter and better quality of almond meal. Tastes so fragrance and soft crunchy. Remember to store freshly baked cookies inside airtight container tin and can last for a week. Yummy!

This a sweet and gorgeous pamelo salad. I choose Ipoh's juicy pameloes, asparaguses and blueberries as the main ingredients. Topped with sweet maple syrup and grapefruit juice. Very easy to make, refreshing and satisfying to served at hot weather.
