I tried out this classic Malaysia version of delicious Sambal Udang curry combines of chillies, coconut, onions, curry leaves, prawn and fragrant spices for an exotic taste. Absolutely rich local prawn curry. SEDAP!
This is a combination of chestnut from Japan and local. This cake taste fabulous and delicious especially the yellow Japanese chestnut that's hard to come by during early autumn season. I brought those chestnut from Kyoto, Japan and making it into a nice delicious cake. All my friends asking for more!
The madeleine or petite madeleine is a traditional small cake from Commercy and Liverdun, two communes of the Lorraine region in northeastern France. This favorite recipe is from my French Master. His recipes does remind me of the best madaleine I even eat! Thanks him for the best work and sharing:)
