There is a long standing debate about whether New Zealand or Australia invented this dessert! This Sweet Kiwi Pavlova is a meringue cake with a light, delicate, crisp crust and a soft sweet marshmallow center. I choose to go with vanilla ice cream for this fresh kiwi flavour instead of fresh whipped cream to suit our hot weather here. A refreshing NZ version of Pavlova!

This is a unique-looking rambutan tart! Rambutan belonging to the same family as lychee and longan. It's not so popular compared with lychee and longan for pastry purposes! Many people doesn't seem to like rambutan due to its hairy outlook and woody seed coating but this recipe amazingly delicious, sweet, juicy and aromatic.  The pandan & coconut sweet pastry crust is very tasty . A good choice for tart too:)

This famous steamed egg with pumpkin custard is very popular in Thailand. I decided to try for smaller mini pumpkin size like an apple with added special ingredients:- eggs, coconut milk and custard powder. Beautiful interesting colors and very delicious.
