The fig is an interesting fruit. On the outside it appears rough and inedible. But once cut open, it unearths a rich and sweet interior. When it's come to dessert, fig always given me surprises in many ways. Not only it's rich in color but only high in calcium. This fig & almond frangipane is so gorgeous, rich in color and taste so delicious with special ingredients like french fragrance butter and vanilla sugar. A frangipane that bake to perfection.
