This is a colorful and fanciful salad. You can prepare it with your eyes closed! The ingredients needed are fresh rocket leaves, fresh cut figs, cheese, fresh honey pears, poached figs & poached tomatoes and some light or sweet salad dressing like honey balsamic vinegar. It's a great feast of tastes and texture. Awesome beautiful salad.
