Shrimp French Beans Roll

A unique roll

This spring roll mainly modified from the vietnamese recipe. I love french beans and blueberries combination here. Give the roll slightly a different taste compared with traditional roll. Instant of fish dipping sauce I decided to use fresh basil leaves, olive oil, salt and beetroot as the dipping sauce for the dish. Very refreshing and beautiful combination.
