Cherry-Cherry Biscotti

Siamese cherries pastry

Sweet Passion
This dessert named after twin cherries attached to a single stem(siamese cherries). What I really like about this tiny Biscotti is the crust and the inner soft juicy cherries. The berries are pretty, with their saturated color and perky green stems. The smell of the pastry alone was enough to make me drooling! Good to serve it warm from the oven with a scope of ice cream and 2 cherries.
