Pinky Mont Blanc


Topped with strawberry meringue and dragon fruit syrup

This is a wonderful and delightful recipe adapted from Original Japanese Mont Blanc made of pureed chestnut, whipped cream and meringues base. For a change I have decided using the berries, red dragon fruit and chestnuts puree as main ingredients here simply I am fully utilizing the true color of the fruit. This Pinky Monte Bianco taste very unique, refreshing and delicious. Lovely!
