Sweet Passion
This Christmas traditional dessert, also called a buche de Noël, is a chocolate cake rolled up with a filling and frosted to resemble a real holiday yule log. The steps are time-consuming but not really difficult. For this rich chocolate recipe I selected 55% sweetness chocolate bar as my main ingredient, follow by fresh berries and some fresh leaves to go with the chocolate ganache topping to make sure the log cake is a big hit at Christmas gathering!
