Mont Blanc Gâteau is my all times favorite. Guess I like the Japanese yellow chestnut, brown chestnut and puree that assemble the gateau with a soft sponge as the base and the baked vanilla meringue hidden inside the puree. Delicious and delightful.

This is my first attempt making this kind of lapis cake and surprisingly the cake taste so good and yummy. Hard to make but good to eat! No wonder this dessert selling so expensive out there:)
