Crème Brulée is a classic, elegant and silken buttercup-yellow custard dessert. Adding on vanilla bean combined with egg and caramel sugar it's definitely delicious and yummy. I love the burning process for the topping sugar into a crisp caramel before you serve. Making it very personal and it is actually easy to make at home too!
