This Sweet Kiwi Pavlova is a meringue cake with a light, delicate, crisp crust and a soft sweet marshmallow center. I choose to go with vanilla ice cream for this fresh kiwi flavour instead of fresh whipped cream to suit our hot weather here. A refreshing NZ version of Pavlova!

This is a unique-looking rambutan tart! Rambutan belonging to the same family as lychee and longan. It's not so popular compared with lychee and longan for pastry purposes! Many people doesn't seem to like rambutan due to its hairy outlook and woody seed coating but this recipe amazingly delicious, sweet, juicy and aromatic.  The pandan & coconut sweet pastry crust is very tasty . A good choice for tart too:)

This is a chinese traditional dessert that given new life and new look and becoming a heartbreakingly pretty and gorgeous. The main ingredients for this recipe is grated cassava, water chestnuts, grated coconut. This is a beautiful delicious dessert.
